A new Digital Sales Experience has allowed a group of Trentino companies to continue selling despite the pandemic.


When the pandemic changed the way the Mechatronics sector sold its goods.

PROBLEM: The pandemic had a significant impact on the Mechatronics sector, which relied heavily on traditional methods of selling and face-to-face interactions with customers. With international travel limited, it became increasingly difficult for Trentino companies to sell their goods and connect with customers.

SOLUTION: To address this challenge, a group of Trentino companies partnered with experts to design a new digital sales experience. The team created a Virtual Private Fair, a fully digital event that allowed companies to showcase their products and connect with customers without the need for international travel. The new sales experience was designed to be frictionless for both customers and Trentino companies, with a focus on user experience and customer relationship management.

SUCCESS: The Virtual Private Fair was a huge success, with Trentino companies able to continue selling their products despite the pandemic. The new digital sales experience provided a flexible and convenient way for companies to connect with customers from all over the world, without the need for expensive travel or physical events. The Virtual Private Fair was well received by customers, who appreciated the convenience and ease of use of the platform. Overall, the new digital sales experience helped Trentino companies overcome the challenges posed by the pandemic and adapt to a new way of doing business.
