The pandemic has changed the way the Mechatronics sector sold its goods.

Heavily limited international travel has made traditional ways of selling obsolete.
A new full digital experience
meeting and management of the customer relationship was therefore carried out through the design of a Virtual Private Fair.
Our task was to design the virtual event and make the new sales experience frictionless for both customers and Trentino companies.

Problem

The pandemic has changed the way the Trentino Mechatronics sector is sold.
Together with Trentino Sviluppo we have created a digital experience that would allow a group of Trentino companies to meet new prospects
from Sweden, Germany and Poland through the planning of a Virtual Private Fair.

Solution

We have developed and put online an "emergency" digital platform starting from a research on users.

We arrived at the definition of the User Journey and the User Experience we wanted.
